I worked for Clearwater Pool Management for three years. During those three years, I had a great experience working for Melissa Sherman and Clearwater. Clearwater Pool Management is a very well organized and well-run company and Melissa cares a great deal about her employees. She was always accommodating of the lifeguards pool preferences and worked hard at assigning lifeguards to the pool of their choice. Not only did Melissa care for the needs and preferences of her employees but she made sure that her employees were well trained and prepared for any scenario that may arise during work. I felt very comfortable coming to work every day because I knew I was properly trained in First Aid/CPR as well as pool maintenance. By having in-service trainings and drills throughout the summer I was ready for any situation that may occur. Not only were the employees receiving great care by Clearwater but also the patrons of the pools I worked at. Throughout my summers working for Clearwater, I received numerous compliments for Clearwater Pool Management and Melissa. The patrons were very impressed with service being provided by Clearwater. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed working for Melissa and Clearwater during my three years with the company. Lifeguarding is a serious job and should not be taken lightly, however, Clearwater was able to create a fun and safe working environment while not neglecting professionalism and the seriousness of the job.

Working for Clearwater Pool Management was such a joy. The management is great and really takes the time to care and get to know their employees. I didn’t just learn how to be a better lifeguard but I got real life skills that will help me with future endeavors.
